Hear-ye, Hear-ye! Princesses, princes, kings and queens of all ages, a royal party is coming to the Fraser Valley.
On Sunday June 14, 2015, Cascades Casino Hotel in Langley will be transformed into a magical kingdom for a Princess Tea Party in support of The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada – BC & Yukon Chapter. Visit the Princess Parlor for your very own makeover, enjoy a variety of entertainment and activities and sample delicious treats during high tea. Royal attire is encouraged!
Wee pirates are also welcome and encouraged to attend – follow the treasure map and meet some real life bandits and buccaneers. Arrr Matey!
My girls and I had the pleasure of attending this fete last spring and all three of us had a fantastic time. Of course, my feisty redhead refused to be a princess – instead she went as a wicked(ish) witch. I still think she looked pretty darn cute.
Molly and Zoe were pampered from head to toe with itty-bitty manicures, makeup, hair styling and glitter. They also met all of their favourite princesses, including Elsa and Belle.
Personally, I loved the little crust-less tea sandwiches and gorgeous table settings. The event was the perfect girls’ day out in ‘the Valley.’ We’ll be back this year and I hope to see you there!!
Tickets are $25/person. Children under the age of two are FREE. Note: All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Ticket sales go towards granting the favourite wish of a child diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. With every wish that it grant, the organization creates moments of joy that ease the pain of a child, give respite to the child’s family, and connect healthcare professionals and communities in that burning wish of hope.
The Cascades Casino Coast Hotel & Convention Centre is located at 20393 Fraser Highway in Langley. The Draw Bridge opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 2 p.m. Click here to purchase tickets or donate now.
ValleyMom.ca is proud to be one of the official media sponsors of this great event. We’re also thrilled to give away 2 tickets (a prize valued at approx. $50) to one lucky fan. To enter, simply follow the instructions on the Rafflecopter below. Contest closes June 10th at midnight. You must be 18+ to enter.
