Would you prefer to hop on over to an Easter event or egg hunt close to home that’s here in the Fraser Valley? If so, you’ve come to the right place.
From petting zoos and Easter Scavenger hunts to selfies with the big bunny himself, this blog post is filled with egg-cellent events in ‘the Valley’ for 2018.

1-Easter at Aldor Acres ~ March 30, 31, April 1, 2
Spring has sprung on the farm and the team at Aldor Acres want to share the beauty with you!Flowers are blooming, birds are chirping and babies are bouncing everywhere. Visit with the goats and sheep in the petting zoo, hold a piglet in the barn and cuddle with bunnies in the grass. Maybe even get a chance to bottle feed one of their little lambs. After visiting with all the animals, take a tractor-pulled hayride around the farm to see what is happening at this time of year. Make a day of it and pack a picnic lunch. CASH ONLY. Farm is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
2- Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt at the Fort ~ April 1
Calling all little bunnies, hop on over to the Fort Langley National Historic Site. Your mission: complete the all-ages scavenger hunt that will take you exploring around the fort and earn treats as you go. The activities will take place inside the fort walls, and are available all day from 10 am to 5 pm.
3- Easter Blast to the Past at Historic Stewart Farm ~ March 31
After your Easter egg hunt at home, make your way to the Farm to continue the fun. Even meet the Easter bunny himself! The free, all ages event, which runs from 11am to 3 pm is ideal for making memories and taking beautiful photos. Other family fun activities include:
- DIY rabbit ears
- Decorate egg shaped cookies
- Scavenger hunts
- Face painting
Please note parking is limited at the Farm.
4- Township 7’ 12th Annual Easter Festival & Egg Hunt ~April 1
Bring the family and celebrate Easter with an egg hunt in the vineyard, petting zoo, face painting by magical fairies, live children’s music by the Springmans and more. They’ll also have their new spring wine releases for the adults along with delicious bites from Cheese St. Grill, an onsite food truck to complement the wine tasting. Cost is $15 per child (plus tax) with three different times available throughout the day. You and your family have your choice to reserve:
10:00 am – 11:30 am
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
5- Maan Farms Easter Eggstravaganza ~ March 30-April 2
Maan Farms’ 6th Annual Easter Eggstravaganza has something for every-bunny in your clan this Easter. In addition to an egg hunt and meet and greet with the Easter Bunny, activities include:
* Chance to win a Grand prize by finding the Golden Egg
* Become a Bunny Craft Station by donation to Non-Profit Org
* Face Painting by donation to Non-Profit Org
* Petting Zoo with Farm Animals
* Scenic Zipline
* 2 Adventure Playgrounds
* Pedal Tricycle Go Karts
* Spider Web Climber
* Jumping Pillow (subject to dry weather)
* Free Samples of Mama Maan’s cooking
* Wine Samples for age 19 and up
6- Chilliwack Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze ~ March 30-31
The Chilliwack Corn Maze & Pumpkin Farm presents: The 6th Annual Easter Egg Hunt from 10am – 3pm (Rain or Shine). Easter egg hunts in the apple orchard will be occurring all day; every child receives an Easter goody bag. Kids will be able to take pictures with the Easter Bunny, jump on the giant jumping pillow, cruise around on the pedal carts, run through the indoor hay bale maze, visit the animals and much, much more. Various craft and game stations will also be set up along with face painting and a concession lunch.
