Prepare for takeoff, your taste buds are about to take flight — all the way to Italy.
Red Seal Chef Sean Bone invites you to his new Langley restaurant, Osso Lunchroom, for a delicious evening of authentic Italian cuisine and of course — wine, on Wednesday, May 27th.
The event is called The Classic Wines of Italy with Chef Sean Bone and it’s one you won’t want to miss out on. This private dinner will feature a tour of Italy’s eight classic wine regions, including Prosecco, Brunello, Barolo and Barberesco.
Guests will enjoy these varieties alongside Sean’s locally and seasonal prepared dishes. Marquis Wine Cellars’ Italian Wine Buyer, Leah Bickford will be on-hand to share her love for Italy and the stories behind the places and people who make these amazing wines.
Guests will enjoy the beautiful and classic wines of Italy, touring through several regions with pairings for each course.

I don’t know about you, but I’m super excited he has decided to set up shop here in ‘the Valley.’ The Osso Lunchroom features an exciting menu to tickle your taste buds.
