1. Surrey~ Bear Creek Park Christmas Train
Bundle up your clan in toques and woolly sweaters, grab some hot chocolate climb on board the Bear Creek Park Christmas Train for an adventure through the festive forest. Santa is waiting at the station to meet and greet guests — little ones will receive a candy cane and an activity bag to take home. Toot, toot!

2. Aldergrove ~ Christmas Light Up Parade & Elks Children’s Christmas Celebration
Saturday will be a very special day, celebrating Christmas with family and friends in Aldergrove. Starting off from 3:30-5:30 p.m. with the Aldergrove Elks Children’s Christmas Celebration, followed by the annual Christmas Light Up Parade at 6 p.m. in downtown Aldergrove .The Aldergrove Business Association is hosting an after parade event with entertainment and lots of other family fun activities until 8 p.m.

3. Abbotsford ~ North Pole BC’s Festival of Christmas
Rediscover the traditional charm and magic of the holidays, all under one roof! This interactive village festival, full of enchanting scenes, elves and jolly characters, comes to life for its 6th year, to welcome the young and young at heart. Whether your favourite is visiting Mrs. Claus for Story Time, making a stuffed animal in the Toy Workshop, or decorating a gingerbread cookie in the Bakery, there will be something for everyone. It’s always night time at North Pole BC, so the Elvern Village lights twinkle even brighter!

4. Langley ~ Willougby Town Centre Christmas Festival
Head on over to the Willougby Town Centre for loads of fun for all ages. Activities include: horse and carriage rides, performances by Cole Armour, local choirs and dance crews, Christmas baking and craft market, stable petting zoo, photos with Santa, prize and more!

5. Langley ~ Brunch with Santa!

6. Surrey ~ The Nutcracker
Experience the magic of The Nutcracker this holiday season with the Royal City Youth Ballet’s full-length ballet, featuring a cast of over 100 dedicated and enthusiastic dancers. Performing to Peter Ilyich Tchaikowvsky’s beautiful music, this traditional ballet has beautiful sets designed by Jean Claude Olivier and extravagant, colourful costumes by Chris Sinosich.
